Sorry but I'm not quite understanding your argument. Delays are used for fixing, bugs, issues, and other problems right? Map was originally scheduled in November, came out late December, so nearly 2 months delay, then after 1 month and half, we still not only have issues but serious issues with the map. Ex: Many people losing tames in cryo fridges or items in storages because of a duplicative inventory bug. Everyone who payed $30 have the right to be upset about that. Defending the company's actions does not hold them accountable and won't get anything done for the future
