Guys, quick question. Yesterday I was trying to upload my survivor to another map in single player, it was my first time. So, as a test I went to the green obelisk, left all my items except one in a storage box. I did not upload creatures, only one item and then I clicked "upload survivor".

That sent me to the character creation screen (I guess it did that because I no longer had characters in The Island). I went back to the main menu, then to "create or join", selected Scorched Earth, and in the character creation screen I clicked "download survivor" and chosed the only one there (the one I just had uploaded).
The initial video of Helena AI talking to you played, then a short Bob's tall tales videos and... there was a black screen and it then took me back to the character creation screen after a while. There were no survivors uploaded anymore.

After a bit I noticed my character was back at The Island in the air near the redwoods. I used the command to fly to avoid getting Ark'd. Went to the obelisk and repeated the process a couple more times with the same result.

Am I missing something there?

This is a bug I was mentioning earlier too, started happening after we finished an outpost. Went from not being able to use inv or hotbar until we died, then after that we’d lose items or cryos by taking them out or placing them back into hospitals/fridges/storages. no restart, server swap, or anything else worked… except manually picking up all storages and placing them down again

I’ve literally changed the number by 1 because there were way way way way too many spawns and now there are next to none. preventhibernation no longer seems to work. honestly i think this broke sometime after “ the island”. lotta youtubers commenting on it as well.

forgot to add this has gotten so bad. i’m literally on single player today for five hours and no spawns.

@gloomy sand are you planning on/have any want to make more maps after Astreos fully releases? I know ur cool with wc but they are god awful at making maps and they are currently ruining every ase map by changing it and nerfing all spots. Astreos is amazing and fjordur is by far the best. because of how good the pvp caves are alone not to mention everything else (don’t let them ruin it like they have with every other map so far) can’t wait to see how the astreos desert turns out!! Hope the scorpion drops something interesting or some good xp so I can get my character out of the 170s and up to the 180s!!
