There are two possibilities with this game: either they're the ones selling the hacks or taking a commission from them, or they don't have enough people trained to ban the hackers. Honestly I think the games just overly ambitious. They release maps every 2 months. Then the maps crash and r very buggy. Look at lost colony even 1 month later its still broken lol. I remember a big to do because my first week in my server(I arrived a few weeks late but joined up with my teibemate) i saved some randoms base when an alpha ossidon decided to hulk smash its way into their base, killed it before it damaged any tames. Eh, short term effort for long term laziness, imo. Do the hard work up front then just laze around base and reap rewards.

My bison for instance; spent the first few weeks doing nothing but taming and farming for traits, tossed my breeders together, and let em rip. Had like a dozen mutations on melee in maybe a month ish, given their 2 day raise and yanno, factoring in the fact I work and take days off from ark.

I prefer to use as little space as possible and not choke up my base area with hundreds of hungry mouths and having to refill troughs when I could be doing other things

Nope it’s a known issue but still literally not even an announcement from wildcard themselves saying wth is actually going on. Been since 12 pm EST yesterday for me. Since Xbox had the surprise update that wildcard also has not even said anything about. There’s been little tips and tricks to try which I will today but we shouldn’t have to fight the world to try to figure out 1 what’s going on and 2 gotta jump thru loops to play the damn game. If there is another console in your house with ARK installed, you may be able to network transfer the game to your Xbox if your wifi is rly bad. But this could risk redownloading the same issue idrk 🫩

Yea i been having problems in the city too, frame rate drops right off into the single digits... same with that area where the beavers are, cant go there because the framerate drops and the game locks up, and that's on a PS5 pro utilizing all of it's bells and whistles
