If you're playing Single Player or unofficial, you can adjust harvest rates to better fit how you want to play, but i dont believe there is a crafting speed settings. You might can find what you're wanting with a mod since you're on single player. I use to use Cyber Structures.

according to the wiki, it has 525 drag weight, same as the reaper king and they confirm queens are carryable by rhynios. so if it doesnt work, most likely something with your server hosts config and or mods etc
