@civic bison @twilit grotto We've been playing ARK since the very beginning of the game, and the latest map, Lost Colony, is simply pathetic and useless. There's nothing to do there. The mission rewards are as pathetic as possible, even the green drop on Extinction is better. Why do we need these slaves if they can't be used on other servers? You won't be able to keep players playing on this map. There's simply nothing to do there. Also, the ping is high. All the dinosaurs and slaves fall under the map into the textures at the first opportunity. There are solid lags and bugs!🤔 😉

I remember when I first got on ASA I put my items in folders like I did on ASE. I don’t know if it’s still around but there was a bug where if you put your stuff into folders and die, it just disappears.

We did a parasaur sweep for buried purlovias on our server. Dinos/thralls may also potentially block the def outpost spawn. We were sure it had spawned for us and, once we got rid of the purlovias a tribe had left behind at the outposts, the def outposts started spawning again.

Yea it was using a server mesh system like each region was it's own server tied to 1 server over looking 100 on official so on your own machine you were running essentially 2 or 3 instances of what should be their own servers

I strongly recommend that you ALWAYS use a taming trap that has actual foundations, if you're on multiplayer and don't have admin powers.

In my experience, that 100% of the time stops dinos from falling into the mesh. Without foundations underneath, they fall into the mesh more than half the time.

It happens when no players are in the area. Dinos "snap" to the terrain but a lot of the "terrain" is actually meshes like cliffs and rocksides, and the actual UE5 terrain is often far below that.

advice needed please: I have had to had feed my baby ossidons all way through to juve- they will eat if you change invent- ie remove all meat and re-add. Now they are juve, having same issue with either meat in invent or trough- they will eat initially then not until you either refresh more food into it, or repod. pve makes up a "broader audience" so updates and changes are catered for them, yet pve players arent nearly as loyal as pvp players to this game, pvp players play this game consistently for a matter of years, while a lot of pve players are either trend hoppers or will hop on a server for a few weeks, play and then not touch the game again for years to come, for pve players theres no form on long term content other than new maps, so wildcard focuses on just pumping out new maps for content for pve players and will never put such a main focus on pvp meta changes, actually fixing bugs in game which affect both you pve players and us pvp players

Being forced to play every day, almost every hour is what most of them said why they left pvp. It's not for everyone and cheers to those who do play it, but it's just another way to play the game. On my server there's 2 places a defence outpost spawned in single player, both those areas on my official server are clear, nothings built there and I've never seen a mission spawn there
