the only other fix I know of is resetting the game but that deletes all settings and saves.

ASE is not crossplay between mobile to anybody.
steam is with epic (probably with loads of issues since aquatica isn't on epic lol)
xbox is with PC xbox/PC gamepass.
mobile, switch, and playstation are alone.

On Valguero, in the snowy area, I found them in red supply crates that fell from the sky.
