The reason I suggest overclocking is because it's causing a full crash instead of a hang.

Oof, Im unfamiliar with how launching a map on SP works. If it was a dedicated/server I could help you troubleshoot but idk if you can make the same mistakes in SP launch. if it was a dedi I would say make sure you have the map ID correctly input cause you can catch a void if it doesnt correctly select the map file. Im assuming ark single player lets you just straight select a map from a list of your installed ones. If not double check your map ID.
