if you get a response and no action taken, dont think they are ignoring you usually each ticket against someone builds against them, so lets say you report them, and get a undesirable response and notice nothing, i believe the GMs have a way to keep track of who gets reported and reported for what, when the person does something again, report them again and reference the last ticket ID because that will help with notating continuous behavior

and your tag, which the tag is what says ark
not every server uses the role emoticons
so when you say tag someone will assume you mean the tag next to your name that says ark
because the terminology matters when it comes to what feature you are asking about lol
