Problem is having a different tribe ID on every server, you have to replace the 0 with that, using takealldino and takeallstructure is easier, only have to do it on one tame and one structure, gives ownership of every structure and tame within that tribe ID

@pale isle if you dont run with that, id recommend taking a backup of your servers. and then launch the server with -converttostore and -usestore. then save and reboot the server without -convertostore and may solve your issue. you'll want to do it on all of your servers though. its not backwards compatible so def recommend backup.

yes -usestore is still a thing. its not default enabled but i highly recommend it as it keeps all of your data in sync with the map. -newsaveformat is not required or supported as its built into the game now iirc. it was for a UE4 workaround. let me know if that helps you. i think based on what you're saying that makes the most sense especially if any of your saves run from the same location

those are pretty easy, you just break the bee hives and sometimes a queen bee will spawn from the nest and you wear ghillie and have rare flower in last slot, to passive tame the queen bee there is lots of videos online how to do it
