Feathers only help with increasing the chances of getting the higher base stat, if you have bob tales DLC, you should target specific traits called "mutable"food,hp, damage etc they will help tremendously on increasing mutations

breeders will naturally clone/tame a bunch of females of the said creature you are wanting to breed, and have a stud or perfect stat stud that they use to breed with the females, a big breeder will have like 5 alts all allianced to the main tribe, those kinds of breeders will usually have 1,000 plus females, and they will normally use level one females and mass clone them

There is a ton of guides and videos on how mutations work, and how to add/remove dirty mutations and what not

Breeding is fairly simple. Each time a creature mates the offspring has a 7% chance to inherit a mutation with it being a 1/x being the right stat. When the mutations hit 20/20 on 1 side it halves that chance to 3.5% and if both sides are 20/20 it’s a 0%. Traits like health mutable can further increase these chances. When setting up breeders you’ll want all your females to be 0/20. when asking how many you need there is truly no “special number”. More females = higher chances per breed. Unicorns oviraptors do not increase mutation chances or twin chances. I’m no mathematician but if it’s 3.5% chance technically 1/33 breeds will be a mut and it’s a 1/6 for the stat so 33x6=198 so technically 198 females should result in a stat of your choosing to mut every breed

Idk if you’re still having the issue, but I’ve found 2 solutions to it. You can 1) take the organic poly snack and DON’T transfer all, only transfer your items from your corpse excluding the whistle. And it works that way, or 2) which btw, idk if this is something you should do if you’re on official, which is go to your dog and turn off companion mode and then cryopod your armadoggo, this will remove one of the whistles in your inventory, then use the other whistle, call it to you, and it will clone your dog for some reason? And then just repeat till all the whistles are gone.

I’m pve too, but that’s the issue.. even set on “wild only” I’ve had turrets take out my red-named Dino’s in the past before I can claim them. Since then I’ve refused to used turrets around where I breed.

Question for wildcard devs, when are you releasing an update that solves the crash problem on astraeos and ragnarok for PS5s? I run a server with some colleagues and all our PlayStation players crash incessantly, I'm on PlayStation myself and I crash every 5 minutes despite the fact that I empty my saved data, and so on.
Maybe it's time to wake up instead of trying to get out dinos (which you've been putting off for weeks!).

the golden rule of windows is skip every other version, every other version is a hot mess. ME, Vista, 8, now 11 are all the problem childs. 11 has continued the trend and has been non stop problem after problem, and removes a TON of features from windows, such as the taskbar. The taskbar still will take away something I care about if I upgraded (being able to move the primary taskbar off of the primary monitor)

depends on your settings and or server setting but generally they are not slow...aim to have 3 or 4 females at least

Just have a bunch of females on both tbh, even Rex's are slow poopers on yellow kibb. We've been using drakeling chests and soooo much kibble stacked of all types

the system tray, where your app sys tray icons, such as sound settings etc, is displayed. everything Ive read still says this can not be moved off of your primary monitor. On Win10, I move mine to be the non primary monitor so I can easily access those icons while a full screen game is open.

I was thinking about QOL changes. 1. Imprinting dinos - instead of having to put the item in the last slot, why not use same method for rhynio cravings where you hold the wheel and feed the item.
2. Oasisaur - just a giant eye sore. Allow auto fill troughs from crops like the cart.
