Its pretty easy, u tame a wild spino and walk down to red zone , climb up with rock climbers to nest, get it and fly down to mount with glider, there are utube videoes showing the steps

I'm still mad about when me and my mates used to play constantly in 2021-2022 and we were working towards beating the broodmother when they both just quit and never hopped on again and I had to get all the artefacts and breed the rexes myself, only for them to die because one of them logged off with the ascendant saddle blueprints

an Anti-cheat isn't a fix for cheating but depending on how good it is utilized it can make or break an online game. Vanguard is a prime example on how good an anti cheat can be. and in GTA V's case. it's doing pretty good as well.
