just debating that or 200-800 for aviation. I have the EF 70-200mm f2.8 and went out to take some pictures today at the base and just really wanted the extra zoom. I love the 70-200 but aviation just not enough reach

Idk, I reckon a 150-600 with a 1.5x on it would do it, I pretty much have to crop over half of the image out so I basically only end up using between 12MP and 24MP for over the top shots
