How we thinking of this electricity effect?

did some research on electricity and how it can appear visually, your sparks imo look a little too unfocused. they trail off into random directions when electricity irl usually looks like it branches out from its source (thunderstorms, tesla coil)

though tbh when I tried drawing it myself using this as reference, it'd look like a total mess lol
I guess it takes some time and thought to make it look good without being visually noisy
in the end it's entirely up to you

Yeah IK. Slaanesh and Khorne's territory mix together often. It's just that while Khorne doesn't like Torture, Slaanesh loves it.
Basically to TLDR; it. Slaanesh is more about the perfection of killing your foes and torturing them. While Khorne is more about the general slaughter.
I was trying to go for the art of slaughter more to signify Slaanesh but I can understand if it's confusing lmao

Should have a pretty definitive design for Enginseer Aliexandra Morgana's full armor. Openly inspired by the Imperial Navy Breachers because I have a model of that somewhere around and it both looks cool and lets me make a proper mini for her without buying more plastic.
Still some work to do to make these designs into a proper reference sheet for the character.

Fun fact: Almost every current member of Schrodinger's command squad was an NPC from an Only War ttrpg game (Currently with the exception of Schrodinger himself and Preach, who were Player Characters). One time out of boredom I made Character sheets for everyone, since Character building relaxes me for some God-forsaken reason. Aliexandra turned into a terrifying tank with more armor than Timmy the ogryn, because the Techpriest class in the Only War ttrpg is broken as fuck.

Plus, to specify, I was referring to the Chapter creation system from an already existing ttrpg system, a bit math intensive depending on the game, but really not that bad. The Deathwatch ttrpg, as it was about (you guessed it) the Deathwatch, allowed you to make up homebrew space marines chapter with a few rules modifiers, and you still see those around sometimes. The Only War ttrpg was how I originally made my Astra Militarum Penal legion!

Keeping up work for the reference sheet of Enginseer Aliexandra Morgana from my penal legion command squad.

Lore of the day: Aliexandra hails from a Knight world known as Ghibella (Another homebrew of mine), specifically from the the local branch of the Adeptus mechanicus, L'ordine meccanico, or just "the Mechanical Order". Ghibellan technology is extremely modular, being able to easily being taken apart piece by piece. In theory, this makes field-repairs and maintenance very easy. In practice it means that Aliexandra spends way too much time getting her whole gear together, including her own implants, every single time they're needed.

It's been a very very very bad year. >.>
My grandmother passed away in January.
My Uncle gets diagnosed with cancer in his vocal cords a month after.
My Grandfather starts seeing another woman two weeks after my grandmother passed away and then tells everyone in our family that it's fine because him and my grandmothers marriage had become loveless 17 years ago. (Which gutted everyone.) So he's a dirtbag. Dx
My step great grandmother is diagnosed with terminal cancer. (Started in the lower intestine and exploded everywhere.) so been dealing with that.
My Uncle's cancer that everyone thought was under control came back with an absolute vengeance. So he's getting more surgery and six weeks of radiation therapy. (EVERY DAY.)
And my youngest siblings Girlfriend/Fiance is an abusive psycho. >.>
Still four months left to go and see how fucked the rest of the year is.

On a lighter note. I found some homebrew rules for Imperium Maledictum for Psyker Augmentations that I'm happily pilfering for my Psyker.
It's a crying shame there isn't more Psyker specific gear/equipment.

My artist friend and me had a miscommunication bad to what a 'Veil' was (He thought it was an almost literal veil so was drawing something that looked like it would fit on a Zealot! Dx
