As mentioned earlier the customizable Grot assistant who has multiple mini skill trees based on the type of Grot chosen

Instead of just a swarm when enemies spawn really fast, you also build up a Waaagh meter when staying together and fighting that, when full, gives everyone boosted effects and maybe even things you can pick and choose in a build before going in

And a competitive mechanic where whoever’s doing the best on their class is titled “Da Big Ork” and gets bonuses and everyone fights to earn the title and get unique rewards at the end of a mission
