Some obviously restrict your warlord choices a lot

And then there’s shattered legion and Blackshield rules

Shattered Legion rules are very interesting but also kinda awful to play if you use the exact wording.

Since basically, how it works is you have to pick what legions each squad is made up of

And they have a major buff, whichever legion is most representative, and a minor debuff, whichever legion is least represented.

This can change as they die in a squad.

If it’s equal, say there’s a ultramarine, iron hand, and word bearer left, then you pick one minor debuff and one major buff of those

I'm new to Warhammer. I just read that all the psykers sacrificed to the Emperor are "used up" powering the Astronomican. Two questions:

1. What happens to psykers that are used up in this way? Cast into the warp? Erased?
2. The Emperor's psychic light radiating from the Astronomican can be seen across the galaxy. Does this piss off xenos in the galaxy? Like a neighbor blasting music at 2am or someone shining a flashlight in your eyes?
