I used to work in the medicinal cannabis research field. There's more than a few benefits. Helps with PTSD symptoms massively.

Also a decent alternative to addictive pain meds like oxycottin

There's some other stuff too, weed does have anti-tumor properties when applied as a salve

But frankly, if you have a visible tumor...you need a hospital. A weed concentrate salve is not going to be more effective then surgery n whatnot.
