Its not a major mobilization. Elite squads of alphas interspersed with current fire teams will help keep Inquisition interest to a minimal. I look at it this way.

Either the situation gets better, Hadron and the Mechanicus get what they want while Atoma and the Inquisition are busy setting things right.

Or situation gets worse, the Admech gets to justify a full mobilization, they swoop in, Moebians are all dead and weakened from the fighting, and take over. Win, win.

Moebian Steel is a crucial element to getting them back up and running. Hadron discovers this through the tech remnants and realises the gravity of the situation. The 53rd and 21st are not prepared to face Imperial Knights piloted even by novices in the 6th and it would tip the war in favour of the heretics by a margin Hadron deems woefully unacceptable. So AdMech sends these strike teams both to rescue this lost tech from the heretics and to begin the necessary rituals to repair them for use in Atoma's defense. Dragor would probably lose his mind at the thought of being able to pilot an Imperial Knight LMFAO and Dukane would probably let him
