Ogryn rokk can regen, and zealots knife can too; but it does help with grenade pick ups going to other classes, otherwise vets would dominate any grenade pick-up and you really wouldn't see other classes use their grenades (other than kraks I don't see a lot of players use grenades; maybe the rare ogryn, and sometimes a zealot fire grenade)
