Question: I rolled a blue shotgun all stats max out at 80% except for mobility sitting at 60%. However, all of the stats are sitting at around 70/80% but mobility is sitting at 30/60% and can only be empowered by 1% each time. The weapon is at 380 power rating, from what I am understanding it would not be possible to reach 60/60% on mobility, is this true? Or can I somehow still upgrade the stat despite it reaching 500 power rating. Or should I continue checking the shop each hour looking for a better mobility dump stat inital starting percentage. If anyone could please help me out that would be awesome I've search the internet and so far have found no answers.

Cant see them in the " Mourning star " tab, as they're not in the same mourning star anymore.
