i5-12400F, 64GB RAM, Radeon RX 470 4GB - that's mine setup, I run it on minimal settings, looks sufficiently good, and has been running fine until I got to lv4-5 missions where sometimes it now may lag uncomfortably for a brief moment occasionally when there is a huge wave plus a lot of explosions/light effects

You mean that thing to increase FPS? I've tried it and it actually was way worse with it enabled. Though FPS increased noticably, the game begun to constantly stutter where it never had been before that

i lock the game at 30fps because it makes some things that require precise timing easier (but it does break exploits that require jumping out of bounds, which is less of a thing in darktide compared to vt2)
