There should have been a feature built in from the devs for those with hearing impairments, but I dont think a directional pointer telling you which way stuff is threatening your from is the way to go about it.
If you have a trapper you cannot see, even if you hear the audio cue, you have less than 20% odds of dodging in the right direction, with the mod, you can always dodge in the correct direction, that is kinda by default a massive advantage because even when audiocues do play in vanilla, thier directional elements are not all that good and can be difficult to pinpoint an exact direction. Idk man, a warning is fine, but it giving you a free pass in situations that a player without it wont get, not so much
Skittari, spidey sense, danger sense, auto clicker/dodger - all a symbol of a pepega gamer
I'm actually glad that Spidey Sense exists as an accessibility feature for the directional stuff, and honestly if you turn all the directional stuff on it's just going to show you a solid circle at higher difficulties 
Still think the stupid text pop-ups should be more integrated into the existing UI
If deaf then its ok to use spidey

Not really, because audiocues are inconsistent. Darktide isnt a game with loads of verticality, erefore SS provides you an always on directional advantage, it doesnt matter if it doesnt do vertical elements, because they're all but never present, and even less impactful when it comes to dodge direction. If a sniper or trapper is on a raised bit of terrain, the dodge angles are pretty much identical to what they would be on flat ground. An autoclicker is not even remotely in the same realm. In fact, its pretty disengenuous to infer that it is when it provides no advantage over someone that isnt using it in gameplay contexts

Cleave will matter if you face alot of armour; gunzerker is basically more concentrated dps while purg is more spread out & overpenetrating
See I don't really find it to be that problematic on builds other than the Needle Pistol, because I'm simply not using my ranged weapon that much on other builds. I'm not running out of ammo on a Revolver that I'm using to special-snipe, and while it does help with dual pistol ammo I could fix that problem by... not using dual pistols. But I want to use dual pistols. And they feel balanced around pickpocket.
Kinda? Though Scum isnt exactly short on ways to manage armour walls, you got RPG, surstromming tins and can invest into melee enough they're a non issue

If you hit an enemy directly with the grenade while holding the bolt pistol, I think it will apply to that one enemy.

Yeah... there are no solo invasions unless you use taunters. And Coop is another tickbox, if you summon other players, then you get invaded. Liteally opt in in both situations

Depends. If you liked the PvE enough to warrant multiple run throughs of a very similar map with varying enemies and weapons each time, you'll enjoy it, if you find the longjevity of souls games to be in the PvP side of the game, you'll probably get bored quite quickly

You should honestly pick up the main game
Its, by design, more lenient towards new players. You have no requirement to use stuff that makes your life easy, but you can get a multitude of things that trivialise the game a bit till you've got your feet. The difficulty curve is built into the gear in a way that isnt really present in other souls games
Nightreign has a bit of that, but because gear is RNG drops, you kinda by default have to understand movesets a bit more than in the main game's PvE
