Well, each server rack is made up of multiple shards, so say one is running a match on Gloriana, another is running a match on Foundry Plex, another is running Rolling Steel, etc, and some seem to run more cleanly than others, might depend on distance, might depend on local traffic, the slowest connection en route to said server etc etc etc

however it's a wrong way to see that data, because x80% DR is the same thing as x125% your hitpoints vs gunner, so 2 perks = x156.25% and 3 perks = x195.3125%

You're mathing way too hard at me sir. I see diminishing returns as "has less value for each one". 20% + 20% + 20% = 60%. Simple as. If I have to do 20% of 80% and 20% of 60%, that to me is a diminishing return even though it TECHNICALLY is giving 20%, just on a different value.
