use stim inbetween rampage so you dont get caught lacking
Basically you either go a low investment cartel special for more uptime or a high investment with sample collecter so you get good buffs also but you have to get kills to keep that uptime

Theres a gremlin in my brain that keeps whispering to swap to rocket on my melee builds and I have to fight it, arguing that blackouts are too good of an escape tool or for knocking down distant gunners to safely close, but the gremlin just goes 'but rocket' and its hard to fight it

its just the amount of damage you kill something by over the top of their healthbar, so if you do 2000 damage to something with 1000 HP
