I would imagine ogryns that had time to think while they're in prison would develop some thoughts. And the Heavy personality is born into a hive world seemingly, so he'd have even more time to develop decent thinking and stuff like problem solving and whatnot

Nah, but I've tried a couple of times, and this jump seems to be like every other jump through a wall. You need to somehow make your bounding box phase through the wall just that tiny bit for the character to go through it.
It also seems that you don't need to jump, as I've crouched right through it after humping it. I also managed to walk through it one time, but I didn't record it.
I guess the only trick to it is luck, but I also tried looking in a very specific spot, which seemed to help? I dunno. I am adding two links, one to my initial tries, and the second one to the one in which I do a little setup.

Flawless Execution wasn't that hard despite doing it with Malice randoms.

The ogryn penance that took me the longest was you kill 5000 enemies with a heavy attack. But that one doesn't require any real setup or execution, it's just grind.

Because they can't tank a revive. They HAVE to clear out everything that could be a threat or they will get folded. They have high agility, so they very quickly leave groups unintentionally.
