Worst decision FS could have made back then since PC players only got this, Xbox players got a lot of Aquila, Gamepass PC players got both those cosmetics and Aquila if they bought the game during that special offer and Playstation players got nothing

Basically walling off players from those sets instead of giving Aquilas to PC players

Probably didn't even have to be the same amount as from Xbox deal

And give those sets to everyone on the anniversary of the game
