i have no actual proof but if you hardly use the rng armory shop and also have the weapon mastered it will usually give you the 60% mobility first try

only if I’ve had the weapon mastered and haven’t used it in forever does it work first try, it has NEVER worked like that any other way lol I hope it’s intentional

but you want a high roll for the dumpstat too, it's easy to find lots of 60% dump statted items, but ofcourse difficult if you only play with 1 weapon on 1 character. I look for all weapons on 3 lvl 30s. so i have a very high likelyhood of getting at least one decent weapon each hour.
