Scopes are kinda like, they're in the mod, but people kinda over-estimate how scopes function, you're seriously better off with a reflex. as for the other two parts, if anything actually affects the weapon performance besides personal preference on how the sight looks, you know there's gonna be people giving the other person the side eye, "bruh, dis dude running flashlight instead of bayonet, les fuckin' skin him, that's not meta, just set your brightness to max and quality to low lol" or other such arguements etc. etc. that people end up doing (albeit rarely because no one inspects other people's items then comments on it to the weapon owner's face,)

in the first place as much as i would love scopes this place has a lot of tight quarters and very little wide areas where a scope would actually matter, especially on higher difficulty where you are just getting pounded with like 5 specials every minute

That's also not to mention the rebalancing the helbore is kinda balanced around it having two weapons in 1, but if any weapon can do it, what makes the helbore so special? now you might say it has other redeeming factors, and yes, the helbore is a good gun, but it's balanced around what it can do at the moment, same with the other weapons. you could go and "we make it so no bayonet increases draw speed" okay, now you've made the helbore something people can quickly move in and out of, inadvertantly buffing it, whilst sure other weapons can use the bayonet, they're significantly weaker., I mean, is like midnight so this is more rambly talk than anything, but still, there's cons to actually having anything gameplay affecting to weapon customization.

And also there's the very little likelyhood of them adding it in the first place, I get it, it's a hot topic, it's a good mod, the stuff you can make with it is bitchin', I know, I've been working with it and the capabilities that it provides for a while. But to say that it will or should be added, is just kinda like, it's in a state where it has bugs, people report frame issue, people report model issues, people report this and that, you get the point, and that's just for gras's mod, and my plugin, which has been actively been updated in the past few months, unlike the file called "weapon_customization" (which the weapon customization mod doesn't use) they've had in the game code since the beta which they only touched and added 4 lines to 'round half a year ago.

It's the same circular base as Orthus Operative and Meat Grinder, so the kiting tactics can funly be applied, but it feels more random then anything. I like enclavum because it really feels like we're holding down an area for the Valkyre to come down. HL 70 is just, open the gate XD

Thats how I feel about both carnival maps. Honestly my two favorite finales in the game. Baross doesnt push me enough and the spawns to me are kind of wierd. The gunner spawns are from behind the fort in these two symmetrical doors that dont really make sense to me in the design of the area, or all the zombies just glitching through the fences in the back or windows on the sides. And no enemies attack the main gate which is were you enter from. Also you cant really look down the bridge you cross from the on top of the main wall. I want a version of the enclavum baross finale where you defend that bridge thats in the start of a bunch of the other maps, you know the one I mean. The one that has NPC guardsmen chilling on top of it and a bunch of abandoned leman russes.

Baross basically does the same thing a lot of the maps do where you have gone through hell to basically get to them so the finales are purposefully made mostly easy to chill/fight

I get the gameplay of darktide is 360 your camera at all times for 30 minutes straight

but nothing says last stand like gunning down overwhelming numbers in a chokepoint

kind of like the bridge section in the investigation map. "KILL THE INTRUDAS". that part.
