Okay, I think I have a decent understanding of it now. Again, with some help.

TL;DR is that there are special values for the first however many enemies hit, then it defaults and damage bottoms out after that, assuming cleave yet exists. So for the heavy_force_sword attack (https://github.com/Aussiemon/Darktide-Source-Code/blob/72cde1c088677d22b3830d9681d015167782b10a/scripts/settings/equipment/weapon_templates/force_swords/settings_templates/force_sword_damage_profile_templates.lua#L29), there are special ADMs define for the first target (target[1]), special damage/impact for the second (target[2]) but with global ADMs, then default damage and ADMs for 3 and onward.

So for example, swinging my Illisi H1 with this test build does 218 damage to [1], 100 to [2], then 62 to [3] through [5]. Then I run out of cleave.

It also means, depending on the specific ADMs, that the damage falloff is even more significant for some enemy types. Like gunner 1 is taking 273, gunner 2 is taking 83.
