I still feel like quietude is not a very good talent in Havoc. Even without ER, it only restores like 45-50 toughness for quelling your entire peril bar. And if you're doing that, you lose everything from your assorted high peril buffs. I know the idea is that you're getting toughness while attacking from mettle or soulstealer, then toughness while not attacking from quietude, but it feels way less effective on a Soulblaze build than just taking Soulstealer and letting Soulblaze kill things in the background. Unless there is nothing to kill, then sad.

There is to much overlap between smite and inferno PLUS both are midrange and neither are good at killing crushers.

Iirc, if you stay early in the attack chain, the movement curve stays in the positive. BUT it's punishing if you mess it up and something it messes itself up

On mark 6 I’m noticing all lights delay mobility something around .5-.75. Dodging after activates the stamina bar faster but movement still appears more sluggish until the sword resets in the palm of sword hand. Swap cancel is really showing the most significant improvement in speed but it’s really easy to miss the window and end up with staff instead

Idk somebody else work this because it seems like light 2 gives the longest delay by slight and light 3 the shortest

Do you mean how long of the special animation that you have to do? As far as I know, there isn't a benefit. If anything you open yourself up to being interrupted.
