Curios are largely personal choice. The standard rec is 201 HP with x1 sniper resist. That let's you tank a sniper and multiple bursters.

If you do a lot of pushing and push attacks, then a +3 stam curio is nice (410 or higher otherwise it's actually a +2).

Stam regen isn't recommended because psyker has a short stam regen delay, so you can stay in positive stam.

Basically do what you like.
