If I get sick and need to see someone, you gotta go to a local walk in clinic about 3 hours before it opens to line up. First come first serve, they take about 30 people for the day at most.

I figure brittleness stacks allow for a more well rounded flame staff support role, as you can broil the crushers and bulwarks with a bunch of brittle stacks so your team can topple them easily as you already incinerate the trash mobs

another way to think of it is you would normally take the peril damage increase blessing, which is 20% iirc. but brittleness stacks are adding around the same damage boost, but also for your team so a potential total damage boost of 80%
