Here's a general right side build for guns and melee with 4 points to play with.

There's passive quelling like BCoB (By Crack of Bone) or TTS (Tranquility Through Slaughter; not text to speech). Those might be too strong or not to taste in terms of quelling and if you want to extend SG (Scrier's Gaze) or not.

Quick Shards is a great pick. So is the last DD (Disrupt Destiny) node called CF(Cruel Fortune). CF is a big quality of life node.

If you are taking FGS (force great sword), Anticipation is nice. Warp Speed is a "this feels good" option but is not necessary.

PC (Perilous Combustion) is a strong node and usually an always pick, but isn't a super critical node on gunker / melee.

Anyway, servitors are, theoretically speaking, supposed to be almost always mindless drones. Functionally, they are robots that can't quite gain sentience or rebel, but with an added layer of cruelty and corpse repurposing on top.
