It really depends on what you're looking for, I don't overhaul combat tons since I kinda like Skyrim's default style, but Precision is basically the only one I would always grab

I mostly do magic anyway, lol

I recommend grabbing an updated UI mod on top like Dear Diary Dark Mode (or one of its descendants)

Mainly because it also adds search for the mod menu

There's also Menu Maid 2 which lets you reorganize the mod menu and stuff like that

Main reason for this is that there's not really a dodge mod that does limited dodge count in the same way, Skyrim design and its mods are somewhat constrained by the stamina bar. You can easily have stamina drained by blocking though, get some sort of dodge system in place, and have weapon combos (though most of the more advanced combo stuff prevents you from moving while performing them, sadly. Little in the way of combos for first-person sliding around).

Sounds like EK staff

There's voidblast (circle on the ground) and voidstrike (ball flies through the air). Both have the same primary which is a small ball.

Sometimes shooting out lightening would be smite. If it was ever purple, then that was EP smite.

EK (electrokinetic) can shoot lightening all of the time. It also has the small ball primary.

It's surge staff but was renamed to electrokinetic. We shortened it to EK. Surge/ EK used to stun like 6 targets, now it's basically single target (stun 2).
