It does better single target dps than deimos. It doesn’t have the stupid stagger on H2. But in order to do better single target you need to do L1L2L3 vs deimos H1H2. Meaning you need to hit an extra shot over deimos. And in game, that just doesn’t happen consistently

Havoc has special modifiers not present in normal gameplay, and includes multiple modifiers per mission

First and Foremost is "Emperor's Fading Light" which is an escalating reduction in player health, toughness, and ammo pickups. As well as increased enemy health, hitmass, and spawn rates

It is always present on every Havoc mission, and it also removes the "tension" mechanic from the AI director which if you don't know makes the game spawn less enemies when players are downed/dead

got deathdealer, has surgical on my kickback

would go whole rounds without reloading
