Around here, #psyker-class message, there is talk about a movement curve and if you mistime things you're significantly slower. Iirc, NullDragon also mentioned that it gets harder as you go deeper into the moveset or sometimes it just messes up or doesn't seem to work.

Melee just use whatever you like most. Everything is viable except for shredder autopistol

BB inferno is fine. BB falls off hard if you have competent teammates that can shoot things. Inferno is super strong tho.

You can sub out a toughness node for solidity tho.

Just don't use BB manually unless it's a sniper half the map away and nobody has high accuracy guns.

BB is slow and leaves you open.

Block, dodge, and keep your head on a swivel. KD (kinedic deflection) helps a lot with blocking.

Positioning is important

If you are getting surrounded and nicked a lot, lag and ping aside, then your dodges and positioning need more.

VS is strong but it also leaves you open to getting surrounded in open areas.

VS is more single target focused (outside of hallways or narrow areas); epically if you're running a meta build which dumps blast radius.

Having a melee that can handle hordes is important.
