Lighting Storm is nice, the additional jump is not all it does, it smite more enemies and it spreads a lot faster, so if your goal is quickly stunning melee elites then that's nice

I know it's not strictly the best, but I also love the teamwide toughness on EP assail usage. You're likely to kill some specials/elites and feed more toughness out. And the charges are no peril. All that with the increased penetration makes it feel like it just chews through a mixed horde.

I was more along the train of thought that pyromancy isn't exactly the power to create fire, but the power to control heat, and fire has many advantages that ice doesnt, so ice isnt really considered.

If I sap all the heat from your body in an instant, you will turn into a human-shaped meatcicle.
