btw, I have now combined my Voidball staff and FGS melee builds into one (in other words, I just swapped out laspistol for Voidstrike on my FGS melee build)

I can look again. This is happened with battlebit but it was on their side for the problem. This is a relatively new PC so it isn’t some weird setting got changed. I honestly haven’t looked in a while. But yeah, illisi isn't great as your only option vs big armor.

It can fight them, but we have so many other options.

imo it's a pretty good build, sure you could go sciers, but you don't reslly need it

the dmg on the FGS is good enough as is

only times i use assail is if i have to get rid of spread out gunners or trauma if i get cornered or want to apply brittle to armored enemies

Best melee class is zealout and it's only because our toughness generation works on dodges and we have twbs.

Without second wind and twbs, psyker would unironically be the better melee class.
