They did a glow up of dungeons too. Like insane amount of enemies increase and gave them more durability on a toggleable mode. But I still think the game is still quite speedrun esque. I haven't checked out the newest stuff tho

If you're soloing, purgatus wins. If you're fighting 3 other players for kills, purgatus loses. Tis the auric way.
(It's also true outside of auric, purgatus will generally beat voidblast as long as enemies consistently live long enough to get in range)
(Which is why Purgatus is DPS king in Havoc, cuz enemies always live long enough)

Placements incredibly important, probably would've been ahead to run the loop in the previous area. Anywhere they can pinch you from another entryway is an issue

loop could have been better yeah but i think the other issue is i wasnt dealing with the bulwarks correctly so i couldnt finish off the ragers

Getting ragers or something behind them is a real issue yeah, best to try and pick them off if possible. If it's just trash and bulwarks, normally you can just let them open themselves and ignore the trash for later.
