I know most skills are % based on toughness but there are a few flat sources right? Not only that but I'm assuming when your toughness is low enough, rounding might actually work out in your favour?

It depends how long of a comprehensive answer you want.

I speak as someone who has dabbled in competitive kf2 servers (though not in the hard brackets).

Just over the year, they've done sketchy balance changes and quite a lot of cash grabs. And they've not fixed gameplay bugs since launch.

Base game also has teleporting zeds (they move technically at 1000x speed or something) which also makes kiting a less viable strategy and it feels kind of shitty to play to be honest.

Also concerning the cash grabs, not only have they been adding a lot more mtx but even the quality of them are hilariously bad. Same weapon but for a different class with a different skin for example. They also don't necessarily render the gun animations at 1000fps

Which, if you like paying attention to details, sucks ass for Zed time
