Surge is a weird staff, not because of what it does, it does it very well single target damage that is consistent and quick.

The problem is the fact that you are forced to pair to with smite because then you have no wave clear 💀

And to then make smite wave clear u need psionics and vent

You can use a scoreboard to check, but generally overpowering souls means more EP stacks

Plus not relying on RNG is nice, anytime you need a stack you can focus an elite.

tw3 is my favorite game of all time
and im happy when i get someone else to play it cause they usually love it as much as i did
