also, played another purgatus staff game with a Mk5 axe, tier4.
That thing actually needs only a slight buff, it has a spot right between Surge and Voidstrike.
I might have been mistaken, but it feels like light cc spam does stagger on alot of stuff.
also i'm completely switching to peril on block talent. aside from being a requirement for Mk5 axe, it really fucking helps you revive your teammates while being surrounded by the horde. Wish I tested that before.

I was running mind in motion since I've got level 20. I.e., for 90+ hours.
I've only tried peril on block with mk5 axe I got today, after someone recently explained the entire push-attack spam on it.
I still miss mind in motion mobility, but when you are effectively running +Fuckton stamina shields that allow you to survive barrage of trash mobs around you while you are reviving a teammate - that one is hard to compete with.

It’s because the staffs are imbued with the imprint of a previous users powers, some imbue them with smite, shape flesh and endurance if they’re a Biomancy specialists, or if they’re pyromancy specialists it can any of the many powers developed to increase temperature and produce fire through extremely heated warp energy.

The staffs aren’t about our power’s specifically.

Hmm, I've noticed that I now crit on my staffs at least I think I did.. So I suspect that Purgatus + Soulblaze blessings and crit chance perk/blessing is probably very viable..

Especially on anything with HP

Originally it was called Psychic Skriek after the psyker power from the tabletops which is jsut a localized explosion centered on a persons head and has nothing to do with screaming, it’s likely because that’s a really high tier power canonically that they had to make a weaker version for our characters.
