if you have throwing knives then specials are already covered, so you can cover up weaknesses
if you have a weapon with super low mobility or bad boss damage, laspistol is a good option
if you have a weapon with bad horde clear, flamer or the mk 3 bolter is a good option
if you have a weapon with bad armor damage, revolver or the mk2b bolter is a good option
if you really dont care, any of these are good depending on which you like the most (i like the mk3 bolter)

Im using the heavy eviscerator so it has really good horde control and I can one shot maulers/crushers with a crit weakspot heavy with a rev (and i get constant crits and some guaranteed ones). Im thinking about swapping the throwing knives for stun grenades so I should probably go with the revolver no?
