you can, by taking it to hadron across the way from where you b ought the sword

she'll let you upgrade the stats and tiering of the weapon to have more blessings and perks

but you need mastry xp to do this

normally you get mastry xp for using the weapon in missions, that's just fine

but if you sacrifice weapons of the same type to her, you get a ton and you get it immediately

if you wanted to, you could max your weapon mastry without setting foot in a mission just by buying the weapon type you want to max, upgrading them to green instead of grey, then sacrificing them

there're two main options, upgrade and sacrificie

go to upgrade first, and then every duelling sword you have that you aren't going to use

raise it to green tier, that's the lowest tier she'll accept

once you've upgraded all your dumb swords tso green, sacrifice them

you can, but weapons that aren't the same type as the weapon you want mastry xp give like 1/10th the xp the same weapon type does

so best to save your spares of other kinds for when you want to max that particular weapon type

the end-game minmax process is buy X number of grey weapons from brunt, upgrade them all to green (1 upgrade), then sacrifice em en masse to hadron for xp

as you raise your mastry xp to max you'll be able to put tier 2-3-4 blessings and perks on it

so favorite that sword for now and empty out your stocks of other duelling swords

raise em to green, sacrifice em to hadron, then go see igf you can put better enchantments on the one you will be using

the empower option is also the one that lets you raise weapon stats directly

but again, it's capped at 200-300-400 while you max your duelling sword mastry

so you can use it now for sure, it's no slouch, and the mastry xp will come as you play

or you can sacrifice stuff to hadron and max that weapon mastry to 20 and nevert have to fiddle with the sword again
