Im running the general meta raw dps set, but the exotic and core perks are set to trade a fair amount of damage for tons more survivability since im typically alone
My goal was to make a build that instead of running half n half, I leaned harder into damage but I use a set that has a bit of survivability baked in to compensate so I can safely lean further into damage, not nearly as safe as the initial one I run now, but still some padding so im not one shot
I dont think he actually payed attention to either what I said I was running currently, or what I was intending to build, because I mathed it out and it literally will be more damage, almost like im changing half the core stats from armor to damage

The gearset pulses enemies on headshot, and builds up stacks up to 50 when you hit a pulsed enemy, giving 1% damage and bonus armor (just consider this similar to toughness, with less ways to regen but larger in pool), and regardless of stack gain it drains at 2 stacks a second.
I was gonna use the bonus armor as consistent padding for my armor since I was building to be more of a glass cannon, but the issue is that refreshing stacks at max does not reapply bonus armor up to the associated cap
Only when losing stacks can you get more bonus armor

how do you deal with ragers on zealot? i have played ogryn (can stagger them easily) and veteran (just oneshots them with powersword) before. im levelling up the zealot, so on malice, and i find i cant really 1v1 them without taking half or more of health in damage with either combat knife or combat axe. skill issue?

There isn't a universal answer on how to deal with them on zealot because it depends on your weapon

Ogryns just get to smack them regardless of weapon

Zealot? you generally have to learn their combos and dodge accordingly, but it depends on your weapon, some are able to smack them straight up, such as eviscerator and relic blade
