The captain's capacity to be killed by me is so wildly inconsistent

I'm playing backstab relic blade build, and I've oneshot captains before in 17-19 range, but in 22 I'm struggling to do 30% of their HP, sometimes lucky 50%, and I've also oneshot monstrosities sometimes, but other times barely do anything

I was martydom but I've still dealt crippingly high amount of damage without much issue at full HP before I went immovable judgement build to experiment as I went higher

hit 1 activates the stacks but gains no bonuses from them
hit 2 gains the bonuses from the stacks

so if you're trying to do 1 shots while using IJ you have to hit once to activate the stacks THEN do the 1 shot ritual or whatever

Run a 2 wound build on Rolling Steel

Get overheaded by something at the start

Then don't heal

Just run a normal build

As long as you can keep your downs to once every 2 mins its fine

The only special modifications to the run are private game + overhead at the start and no healing

Otherwise play as normal
