really depends, there's optimal routes to take but ultimately money almost never is an issue past stash upgrades but specific resources are. Like rn I have an arc resource bottleneck in general so I recycle if possible if it results in that. It'll change as you use different stuff.
If you recycle all of the 'this item can be recycled into materials' items you get so many basic resources that you can just sell stacks once you get too many and that alone funds a lot of random purchases
