I'd say that what something like chatgpt can "expose" in this case are the very same issues that doctors worth their salt and upcoming generations of newbloods in the field have been speaking on that corporations and governments have been having a field day over. As genuinely beneficial as this particular story seems to be before I do any kind of extended research on it (not an MD nor a licensed practitioner of any kind yet), I'd say the problems of the medical field have a lot to do with the same sort of thing that insurance companies and pharmaceuticals often produce.
It's truly wonderful that something like this can be helpful. Doctors are also at odds with needing to defer to other specialists so frequently in many cases because they're effectively being made to be beholden to industry standards and legal minesweeping by deferring people elsewhere so that a paper trail is confirmed. I'm still learning my way through all of it, fwiw, but I will say that as it is now, outliers in this realm would be happening regardless of any holistic approach. And holistic medical practice is often already like a thing when not being wielded by charlatans. It's core to the discipline itself with what a doctor, nurse, surgeon, emt, medical assistant have to take on and understand.
The current problem is is that these companies are artificially justifying their "necessity" to exist, purely at the cost of the people that have to perform those duties and the patients that continue to suffer from the impact of the economics behind medicine at large. It's genuinely one of the most devastating aspects of the 20th century. Really doesn't help that these supposed gaps these companies want to fulfill is coming off the back of a global pandemic that straight up killed countless professionals. The predation of these companies is the biggest hurdle to any meaningful progress is my main thing.
I'm actually glad you brought this up cuz I want to know more.

Sm2 just has a very safe and trendy approach to its combat. Perfect dodge/parry, simple but flexible enough combos, interplay on builds etc.
Pretty easy to slip into imo. If I was playing back to back AAA titles, I'd probably hate it but I haven't played a game with that approach to combat in a while so I'm not tired yet.

both tide games have that problem where nothing really matters until it it max level, character and weapon. Since most things with everything added (talents + blessing combos) are what is tested and used for all content. So a leveling build often comes to be just whatever end game build you want to run and you fill it out as you level
