true but even with plate you catch a hard enough blow it might not cut you but it certainly will turn whats under the plate into jelly. rather be killed then pulverized. plus its a nightmare trying to subdue a naked guy so you get a little bit of an edge that and the whole movement deal.

This could have been medium difficulty which means it takes time which they need to split between other stuff.
Cosmetic clipping issues are probably easy fixes which is why they come out in hotfixes.
However there are severe bugs like the bolter sway issues which take many many many hours to fix and are always so fucking annoying.
