Consistent critting to benefit from crit synergies with light spam is a better idea for mk15. Can't deny bloodthirsty is good for chaining into multiple elites with Rev H1 but it is awkward to run. I'd take the blessing that would help me more consistently for the entire run.

That's strange way to think about this. It's finesse ratio is enough to basically still double your damage. On light spamming with evisc with mk15 even if it's only 20% crit chance increase it will benefit a lot from overall mixed horde dps.

It also makes no sense not to run any crit synergies even when you are going full damage thanks to scourge. With shred in the background you'll have a much easier time to keep your crit chance around 55% which is insane imo.
