All last night when I woke up at night, I'd rethink killing 10 gunners, 10 shooters, 5 melee scabs. And then running, sliding dodging, a shotgunner and a sniper, to the captives and entering stealth to rescue. One of the guys I rescued said "well-done son". I get Zealot now. All the mechanics are to replicate faith in the Emperor. I had 6 health after the recuses. I undoubtedly took lethal damage, but it was prevented.
